Shi Yan Nan

Sinan Ünal (Shi Yan Nan), born in 1966, started training martial arts at the age of 14. In the course of the years he learned different styles and systems of martial arts from different masters in Germany and abroad. He has repeatedly been competing in taolu and sanda competitions in China and has won titles in different categories. In 2005 he was awarded the buddhist title of Master Shi Yan Nan after successfully passing the dan grading of the Chinese Wushu Association in Dengfeng, therefore belonging to the 34th generation of Shaolin monks. Currently he is the only German to hold the 6th dan of the Shaolin Wushu Association. He is a direct disciple of masters Shi De Zhi and Shi De Shu.

Christian

Christian Prager, born in 1982, began learning Taekwondo at the age of 7 until he started Kung Fu at the age of 15. In 2007 he received the title of trainer of the Songyang Shaolin Wushu Academy in Dengfeng from Shi De Wei. In 2009 he was awarded the title of trainer by Dengfeng City's government body for Shaolin Wushu as well as the 3rd dan of the Shaolin Wushu Association.

Shi De Shu

Zheng Shuji (Shi De Shu) was born in 1949 in Leichun Village near Dengfeng City in Henan Province. He has been practicing Wushu since his early childhood following his uncle Zheng Quanyi. He is the traditional successor of famous Shaolin master Li Xia and Great Grand Master Shi Su Xi who passed away in 2006. Among his specialties there are Shaolin Liuhe Quan, Pao Quan, Damo Guai and Rou Shen Gong. In his long martial arts career he has often been invited abroad in order to give workshops and to participate in Wushu performances. In 2009, he published dvd's on different aspects of Shaolin Wushu in the series "China's Wushu Collection".

Shi De Zhi

Wang Zhiqiang (Shi De Zhi), born in 1963, is one of the ten most important living masters of Shaolin Wushu and member of Dengfeng City's government body for Shaolin Wushu. From his early childhood on, he has studied the martial arts of Shaolin under the supervision of his master Shi De Shu and Great Grand Master Shi Su Xi. He specialised in Shaolin Chang Hu Xin Yi Men Quan as well as Chunqiu Da Dao and is currently president of Songyang Wushu Institute of Dengfeng City. As did his master, Shi De Shu, he published teaching dvd's on Shaolin Wushu in the series "China's Wushu Collection" in 2009.

Shi De Wei

Wang Weiqiang (Shi De Wei) started learning Shaolin Wushu at the age of nine under the supervision of his brother Wang Zhiqiang as well as master Zheng Shuji and their common Great Grand Master Shi Su Xi. In his martial arts career he has been especially successful in the area of Sanda where he has repeatedly won provincial and national titles. He currently holds the 7th dan of Shaolin Wushu and is the headmaster of Songyang Wushu Institute of Dengfeng City. He regularly travels abroad, giving workshops on Shaolin Wushu, Chen Style Taiji Quan, Qigong and Chinese culture in Germany and Italy.
